Amphotoworld.com Is Not The Real Deal
Its a scam
on the net it is posted that the VX-2000 is for $1500 and its in stock.. But when I called they said its only the camera they are selling. Also they are trying to sell it with out the warranty and they are also trying 2 sell it for above $2000 which is the correct price. AMPHOTOWORLD IS A SCAM!.. They also tried to sell other s**t!.. You should check www.resellerratings.com before ordering from a new online (or catalog) outfit. Frequently, you'll see that others have had trouble with someone who you may be suspicious of. (A&M Photo World's page is at http://resellerratings.com/seller_info.pl?seller_id=1988)

This is yet *another* reason why I always strongly urge our visitors to deal *only* with DVinfoNet Sponsors. Thanks Ken,

Ken is now bedecked with a crown of bloody thorns which makes him a moderator, Adrian. I needed some help in that department; he has the experience and offered to step up to the plate so I took him up on it.
I could probably use you and John too for some housekeeping. Let me know if y'all are interested. Thanks, |

<< Chris: Ken is now bedecked with a crown of bloody thorns... >>
It makes getting a haircut quite a challenge. For the record, my edit was -strictly- limited to the asterisks. I'm certainly no prude (by any measure of imagination <g>) but I'm sure we'd sure hate for someone new to get the false impression that this place is just a run-of-the-mill Internet flame-thrower chat room where anything goes...and then never visit again. So I took the initiative. Ouch!! Hey, Chris, where did you say I'm supposed to wear this crown thing?

Oh, *where* do you wear it? Shopping malls, fast food chains, and convenience stores. Hope this helps,
