Hi,

I'm having a tough time find a walk-in shop for camcorders in the San Francisco/San Jose, CA area. Most of the shops I've visited are rental shops that inaccurately describe themselves as retail shops. Do any of you have any favorite shops that fit the description?

You don't say what level of camcorder you are looking for.

Adolph Gasser - San Francisco Pro and consumer.

Frys - 4-5 locations

Best Buy - everywhere

Circuit City - everywhere

and others

High end stuff

HT Electronics - Fremont

About 3 more pro shops but I cannot get to their names right now.
