Recording HD SDI Signals

What format could anyone recommend for recording the HD SDI signal from my EXI.
Looking for an economical (if there is such a thing) format.
Any suggestions please.

For what purpose?

Any HD SDI capable deck or capture system (device, Mac, PC) will do this.

In a month or two you can hook up your EX1 to the EX30 deck that way, but you're just recording to SxS using the same codec as the camera. You can hook it up to a P2 deck and go that route or a digibeta deck if that's what you want.

You can buy or rent a Wafian HR-F1 to go direct to disk in 10bit Cineform or wait for the Convergent Design FlashXDR or nanoFlash to get higher quality MPEG2 from the camera.

You can also use the MOTU 4HD or the up-and-coming Matrox MXO2 or an AJA Io, Kona or Xena. Or you could use a Blackmagic Design Decklink HD or a Bluefish 444. Any of these in your PC or Mac (depending on compatibility) and with "any" capture software will alo do.

I'm sure I've left out a lot of other options...
