Is there a way to frameserve native MXF files

Is there a way to frameserve native MXF files from the P2 or other cams? Note I know I can convert MXF to avi in some applications and then frameserve, so that's not what I'm asking. What I am asking is whether or not it is possible to frameserve the native MXF file, and in what application(s) is that possible? Thanks
