Dylan, youv'e got the best solution so far - Road body!

Don't forget to always carry a bottle of Naproxen Sodium and a bottle of Ibuprofen.

I will also sometimes use a wrist brace on my right hand if I know I'm going to do a lot of handheld.

This looks good too hehe

workout

On a serious note. I work out 6 days a week. Cardio/Weights. When you start to, you will wonder how you got along the whole time without working out. So do it.

Focus on your shoulders while doing weight training. Do overhead Dumbbell press and front delt rasies once a week, don't go too heavy though. You'll soon beable to hold the cam longer without any pain. Good for holding the cam up to your eye or out in front of you.

Your abdominals help you stand, include a good ab workout too.

Bicep curls will help you with lifting the camera.

Shrugs will help you with lifting bags of gear and tripods.

And very important, do squats and any other quad exercises so it's easier to kneel down with the camera and then get up easier after you have been kneeled down for a while.

These all work. Good luck.
