How to add attachments at DVinfo.net

How can I add a jpeg or another attachment to my posts on this site?

when I post, there is a box below the text box named "additional options" and "attach files" however, people with under 30 days are not allowed to post attachments, or to see the classified ad section. it is supposed to automatically allow you at 30 days, it took more like 90 days and several emails to the administrator before it worked for me.

Cool a classifieds section! Maybe I should off on my lighting package until I can see what everyone is selling!
