compressing to flv at DVinfo.net

i cant figure out how to compress to flv file.
i have osx leopard..final cut pro 4....
quicktime pro
but there is no option for flv when i compress using quicktime conversion.
anyone have any ideas?

Flip4Mac makes a variety of QT plug-ins. I use the player version exclusively. I believe the "pro" or Final Cut versions will export to flv.

I use Sorenson Squeeze in Leopard my self. Does a great job. There are cheaper options out there though as suggested above.
