Homebuilt mini35
Working on making a homebuilt mini35 for my camera. I'm stumped on the spinning glass. Does anyone have any suggestions? I thought i could attach the ground glass to a bearing, but a bearing with a 2" bore is a little too heavy to be pratical. What is the deal with vibration instead of spinning? Could i use a beeper vibration motor? Thanks.

Hi Jaime,
I should think i could work, but maybe the travel is not sufficient to completely smudge out the grain of the glass. How are you attaching it to your camera? Will it sit in front of or behind the lens (i.e. in between the lens and the camera)? Kai. |
