warranty
Please, i need an important information. I'm going to buy a camcorder (sony pd 150 or panasonic dvx 100) from u.s. or singapore, but i need to know if someone who lives in italy or europe, knows about the mack warranty.
There are many "mack" services in all the countries or just in the biggest cities? Is as valid as the manufacturer's warranty? Please let me know your experience thanks |

http://www.mackcam.com/
The extended warranty service section has information on international procedures. I've never used MACK so I cannot comment on its quality or reliability.

I've never heard anything bad about the MAC Warranty. I've read on the boards that a lot of people have bought them over the years. Would I buy an extended warranty? You bet, but it would depend on how expensive the cam was. The PD150 is an expensive cam, so if if it were me, I'd buy an extended warranty. For a ZR? No, I'd just throw it in the garbage and buy a new one.
