Does the Targa 3000 card work with DVCPRO 50?

I don't know of anyone on the boards using the Targa 3000. If you don't get any responses I'd give Pinnacle's website a try of drop them an e-mail.

Yes, I'll write them. I saw their specs for the board and it says 50mbps, but I think that is only for MPEG 4.

Not to sure about the targa but Matrox digisuite DTV has DV50.

the targa 3000 supports the equivalent of dv50 (8bit 4:2:2) with their own codecs. I've asked that queston to their techsupport when I was looking for a capture card (pre Vegas). they recomend you capture via SDI. they haven't updated that card in a long time (in computer years). Don't know why.
