NTSC to PAL conversion

Hey I need a good program that will convert an NTSC show into PAL so I can put it on to a DVD. any Ideas??? I am doing a google search now but I thought I would ask here to

I'm on the Mac so there are probably other solutions which I don't know about, but DVfilm Atlantis is a cross-platform application which works well. Download the trial version and see what you think:
