LCD for final preview?
I want a small monitor for doing final previews of color etc when I edit on my puter. 15-20" Will an HD LCD (I want it for both HD and SD) suffice or will CRT buy me anything (besides size - as in will a CRT image be more "true" than LCD)?

Panasonic BTW1700 LCD monitor works very well for us.
It has a gamma setup to emulate CRT standards. We use it on set to monitor/director's feed. Recently was on another shoot as a 1rstAC and low and behold they were also using the same monitor for director's feed. |

Marshall is now selling a 7" LCD monitor that is touted as HD monitoring capable with a color gamut adjustment to standards... but I have not used it myself so can not vouch for it.
