Can't view 1080 content in Quicktime (PC) at DVinfo.net

Everything's fine on the G5. But when I go to play a .mov HD file on the PC, I just get a black screen with audio. My quicktime software is updated, and there doesn't seem to be lag in performance. HD movie trailers from Apple's website play back fine. The icon for the file I'm trying to play is no filetype associated, so I have to open it by selecting Quicktime from the list. Any ideas?
BTW, it's a scratch 1080i file I captured in FCP from an FX1. I burned it to CD.
