Converting PAL video to NTSC

Hi there,

I own a Panasonic MX500 PAL camera, but i want to convert some of my video to NTSC for playback in Canada. Can someone go over a step by step process of it? Thanks in advance.

The easiest way to convert is with your cam's playback into a multi-system VCR, such as the AIWA MX100. Few NLE programs can convert DV PAL to DV NTSC.

would going through the Aiwa MX100 and recording the vcr's output cause a major degradation in picture quality?
