Hi,
A summary of features is listed in a previous thread (http://www.dvinfo.net/conf/showthread.php?t=69068) The User Manual describes in more detail what can be done (follow link in original message). Regards, |

Thanks John.
It seems I arrived to the dance a little late. Thanks for catching me up with the link. Sorry to be a bother. Cheers, Jon |

Synchronous capture on multiple PCs...
The synchronous capture from multiple devices in the first beta release has been extended to multiple PCs!
We have created an example video showing how two camcorders were used to capture the same event from two angles. The camcorders were connected to two different PCs. The Enosoft DV Processor was used on both to capture the video. Our new Remote DV feature enabled one PC to start the capture process simultaneously on both. The captured videos were then placed at the very start of the timeline in a well-known NLE. Absolutely no adjustment whatsoever! The audio from both videos is mixed in the final video - perfect sync. You can download the video here - it's WMV format and reduced to 240 x 180 to keep the file size reasonable whilst maintaining a decent frame rate and high quality audio (file size = 2.01MB). The updated version of the Enosoft DV Processor featuring this capability should be available this weekend. |
