color correction degrade video quality?

I shoot garden wedding yesterday I notice the color are slight warm. Does color correcting in premiere degrade quality? how do you color correct in premiere pro? adjusting Levels?

Yes, it does, but you gotta do what you gotta do. There is no single way to color correct a scene. The Levels tool is quiet effective if there is no mixed lighting.
