.mov on mac drive to PC

does anybody know of any software or ??
that would allow a PC to read/transfer QT clips off a external hard drive (mac formatted ) to a PC ?

I know there are some products that allow Mac disks to be mounted on PC's, but on the rare occasions I need to do this I go the other way around. Format your drive as an MSDOS disk (which you can do on the Mac using the "Disk Utility" program that comes with OSX) and then copy the desired files to it. This also works for USB flash drives if the files aren't too big.

Then you can easily mount the disk on the PC and open the .mov files using the Windows version of Quicktime.
