Corel MovieFactory 7 at DVinfo.net

I've been having nothing but problems with MovieFactory. Half the time I get an error saying wrong format when importing videos that I had already used in earlier projects. Then there is the multiple times it simply fails to burn, usually unable to process menus.

But currently I'm trying to burn a Blu-Ray, but the video that I import suddenly becomes more than double in size which is too much data for the disc.

Any help with MovieFactory or suggestions for alternate disc authoring software is appreciated.
