Best blu-ray file conversion app at DVinfo.net

Hi all,
I was not sure where to post this message. I have Premiere Pro 5. I am Currently using Pinnacle Studio on the iPad. But I am forced to use Encore, again. I have gotten used to not having to wait 2-3 days for just one video file to be converted, just to find out it looks like crap and have to do it all over again.

I am looking for a better fast way. I know conversion takes a lot of CPU power but I also know that there has got to be better software out there. I am thinking, that if I convert my video file into another format first then even though Encode insists on re-encoding the file it will not take as long.

What are some recomendation on the best and user friendly interface apps for Window 8.1 out currently on the market? There has got to be an App that had better presets so most of the time I will not have to enter every setting mannully. I have an app on the ipad that, for small video files, works but I don't know what file format to use. The App only has Mpeg2 and MKV among some other file formats. There is no h.264 video format. I am not even sure if this app using the Mpeg2 format converts the file into 480i or 1080 60i, etc. I have an email into the company about that issue. Anyway i don't think that this IOS App will help me in converting really large files, 1-8GB. Plus the App compresses the file in order to sent the video file over the internet. Probablly making the video even worse Quality.
Also, I am thinking of using something else then Adobe Encore. I don't need nor want something this complecated to use when all I need is a simple Menu Creation App with a main menu and maybe 1 or 2 submenus. Almost as easy to use as a Jewel Case design app. Lately, I have just been using one main menu and allowing the user/client to advance the video to the next chapter point.
