Corrupted video?
Hi all,
I shot some footage on my Canon XA10 at 1080 25p the other day. I imported it all into Avid Media Composer at the correct res/framerate, and in general it's all fine. However there's one clip that's acting strangely when played back. It seems to be in slow motion (just slightly), and if I speed it up it seems to stutter like it's missing frames. Avid seems to think it's playing at 94% speed... Even if I play the original media in VLC, it still looks strange/slowmo/stuttery... It's a really important shot. I didn't change any camera settings when I shot it, and the shots before and after it are fine! Really confused! Any ideas? |

Re: Corrupted video?
I've had glitches like that when I was forced to use a cheap USB card reader. Had to re-import a few times to get it right. Any chance you can re-import that video?

Re: Corrupted video?
Good thinking.. I used a USB cable directly from the camera, but I'll try reimporting tonight and see how it goes.
Thanks! |
