MXF exported from Vegas into CS4/CS5

Hi all,

Just got a quick question here. I edit in Vegas but need to render file for another editor, he works in CS4 (or CS5, not sure), there is an MXF render template that yield an MXF file. I go for broke and use the 50mbps template. Boy I'll tell ya, it's virtually indistinguishable from the original file

Is that format ok for Premiere users?

Thanks,

Phil
