Software to Read HFS+ Drive from a Mac

What software is good enough or is the best for reading data from a Mac formatted drive? I downloaded MacDrive which is free for 5 days but I don't know if it could cause conflicts with other windows-based programs such as Adobe CS5, Cinema 4D, Nuke or others.

Thanks
