Anyone Good in AE?

I use 24p in premiere pro 1.5, and everything works fine; i just dont know how to use 24p in AE. When i import the footage it AE does not seem to pick up the flags that are appose to tell its in 24 fps or the 23.976 fps. I know that you can do the pull downs by interpeting the footage, but thats only for interlaced video and such, kinda like magic bullet. Ive also tried working in the 30fps mode and exporting, hoping that the exported video would still contain the 24p flags that premiere picks up. no luck, Any help suggestions??

Nevermind, i think i figure it out; you do remove the pull downs through the interpet footage right? because it is recorded onto the the tapes at the same as 30fps. I just thought AE would reconigze it the same as Premiere does. If im still lost please responde with some helpful tips, or anyother tips among the matter of using 24p in AE, Thanks

Yep

Yes, just use interpret footage - and make sure your compositions are setup for 23.976 as well to avoid problems.
