FireWire 6-pin/4-pin Adaptor Plugs?
The last time I checked a year ago, I couldn't find any adaptor plugs to mate 6-pin FireWire ports to 4-pin. Adaptor cords were all I could buy. Has anyone found such plugs recently? I have half a dozen 4-pin/4-pin and 6-pin/4-pin FireWire cords, but now I need to make a 6-pin/6-pin connection and would rather buy a cheaper adaptor plug or two, than another $50. cord.

I bought a laptop 'Mobility Kit' last year and it has a 4 pin to 6 pin convertor.

I just typed firewire 4 to 6 pin adapter into Google and the first link led here: http://www.connecttech.net/product_i...oducts_id=1502
There are a couple of entries on that page that, I believe, are what you're looking for.
