Motion Graphics

Any ideas on motion graphics software? I need to show very simple, CAD type drawings, show them as they individually layer up on the screen.
Any help would be appreciated...

Simple frame transitions can be accomplished with any video editor that has fade in-fade out transitions.

Flash, AfterEffects, all of the motion graphics packages will do much more. Depends how much more you require.
