Software for Studio Logo?

I recently saw a studio logo that comes up before the movie started. It had the effect of an old movie projector with all the trimmings like stuttering and popping with the occasional hair or fuzz running across the film and had the flickering projector sound in the background. Has anyone else seen this and would you know what software to use to create this effect? I know this has to be some brand of consumer software as this was an indie.

I've used this before. However it takes some manipulation to get it to look right.

The stutter effect you can easily induce yourself in whatever nle your using.

But I'm pretty sure Pinnacle Studio or something would have the whole effect setup wrapped up in one package. (They always seem to have the good effects.)
