Editing MPEG2 IMX (XDCAM)
Hi
Does anyone have experience with recording and editing in the IMX format? I'm considering shooting a commercial on a Sony XDCAM PDW-530P in IMX (50 Mbps, 25p), but I'm not sure wich editing software supports the format. I've been using Adobe Premiere on a PC for some DV projects and would like to continue using it, if it is posible!? Does anybody know if Avid Express Pro supports IMX? I've checked out Abobe's and Avid's sites but couldn't find any relevant info. Any notions on the XDCAM's in general would also be very helpfull. Regards, Kasper |
