Suggestions on NLE machines?

Hi,

Does anyone have experience with the JVC SR-VS30EK VTR for NLE work? Any comments.

Do you know any other small machines that work well with the VX2000?

Or do you find it adequate to just connect the VX2000 directly to a PC for editing?

Thanks.

It all depends on how much work you will be doing. If it's high volume I'd suggest a deck to save wear on your camera heads. If it's just low volume personal stuff just use your camera.
