adding narration at DVinfo.net

What are some methods of adding narration to a project? I am using avid express pro.

Gale,

You can use the "Audio punch in tool". This is specifically designed for adding narration while viewing the footage.

Off topic, but do you know if there is an Adobe Premiere Pro equivalent of that?
