Is my Capture Card problematic???
I'm having problems with MediaStudio Pro 7.0
The last third of each shot I place in timeline is freezing when previewed. I've had a few theories about why this is happening, but my latest relates to my capture card. In short, I am not on the Capture Card compatibility list. However, that list mentions only two cards by my card manufacturer: ATI All-in-Wonder 128 ATI All-in-Wonder 128 Pro ...and the card I do have seems to be an equivalent/later model: CHIP TYPE - Radeon 9700 Pro DAC TYPE - Internal DAC (400MHz) MEMORY - 128MB ADAPTER STRING = 128 DDR ATI Radeon 9700 Pro w/TV-out My query is - should I replace my card with one of the above two - or is not the card that's causing my probs at all.. Thanks, Graham |

You are working in Analog, right? Why do you think your capture
card is the problem when you've already captured the clips? I would more easily suspect the driver of the capture card or MediaStudio. Have you updated both to the latest versions (patches)?
