Low sound when on VHS
Hey . I exported my video I finished editing with Vegas to my DV Camcorder. Then I connected the video camera to the VCR and recorded the video onto a normal VHS tape. Now when I play it back that sound is very low and it cant even be heard. What is going wrong here ?

Hi Cory,
I take it you connected up a TV to monitor the export onto the VHS VCR? did it sound OK when you done the copy through the TV? Or were you monitoring via your PC speakers? Ed

It sounded perfect on the TV when it was recording. I have no clue what went wrong here.

Your VHS doesn't have manual audio controls does it? What was your audio sitting at on the level meters when in Vegas? -12dBFS?
