Recently Acquired a Videonics MXPro 3000
I recently acquired a Videonics MXPro 3000 Digital Video MIxer. Anyone have info on this piece of equipment...good bad indifferent?
This one does not have firewire just rca and s-video ports (4 camera input) but wondering if there is an upgrade? Thanks ;) |

Lisa,
I used one for a short while at a city I was doing live events for. Its a decent switcher, I had no problems with it. I used it in conjunction with one live camera operator, and two mounted PTZ cameras (I believe they were Sony's). We ran s-video from all three cams, and sent the signal live over Comcast - no problems. |

Thanks for the info....
Trying to test it out to see if it is working correctly. I connected a camera using composite to channel 1 and preview to a monitor but it's giving me no preview. I'll try a little longer till I run out of time on it today. Thanks for the post. LB |
