Firewire or usb 2.0?

I tried to search but I couldn't find anything on it.

Which is faster for video? I'm asking for some confused people on another forum. Thanks.

Firewire. Firewire is designed with streaming data in mind. Other USB devices can cause a USB capture to start dropping frames. USB is faster on paper, but hard drive benchmarks almost always show Firewire faster.
