There are quite a lot, but for some reason only the most "famous"
one springs to my mind at the moment: iFilm

A great site to post footage right now is http://zed.cbc.ca. They give you 200 megs of space and unlimited (fast) bandwidth. And if your movie is what they're looking for, it might end up on their Candian tv show. Sounds like a good deal to me!
