Unncessary Opening of window files at DVinfo.net

Does anyone know how to prevent files from opening on start up? When I start Win XP and after it loads the program and document folder opens up automatically. This is annoying.

I've seen this happen once before.

I believe that there is a REG key which needs to be deleted, but for the life of me I can't remember where abouts it is.

Are you able to restore back to a point before you started to notice this problem?

you might want to search microsofts support database.
