Which Capture Card for Studio 8

Hi folks
I am about to purchase the Pioneer DVR-A06 4x dvd+/-RW burner, which comes with Studio 8.
My Sony DCR-TRV60E camcorder has USB, S-Video and Firewire connections.
Can anyone tell me what capture card works best with this gear.
Do I need to pay 'loads a money' or will a cheapo card for £15 give just as good results.
Also... I shoot exclusivley in 16.9 widescreen, will Studio 8 work and burn to this format.
Kind regards in anticipation of an overwhelming response...

most firewire cards will do. see http://thetechnozone.com/videobuyers...1394cards.html for which FW cards are compatible and what stuff they come with. You will need the "DV cable".

Don't bother with analog or USB2.
