Recoverying Movies purchased in itunes
so my DELL laptop crashed a few days ago and my computer guy said it's impossible to recover any data from the HD. Does this mean all my movies, shows and music i purchased in itunes is lost and i wasted my money? shouldn't there be an order history in itunes and you should be able to get it again?

I'm sure this will get moved to the proper forum soon.
Until then, I offer this solution. E-mail Itunes support and explain that you lost everything due to a HD failure. Depending on what mood they are in, they're usually cool with letting people re-download everything once. |

depending on how the hard drive crashed... if the op system is just corrupt and the hard drive disk is spinning, sometimes you can get the data off of the hard drive by using Norton Ghost...
