AE 3D question
Does anyone know how to make a object once in 3d, cast shaddows and make the light go through the object kind of like stained glass. I have all of the CAST SHADOW boxes checked and stuff.
Thanks |

If nothing else you could do it in two passes and composite the two--once for all the light that goes around the object, then invert the shape of the object (make a gobo of sorts) and change the color of the light, then comp that with the first pass.

Do you have the Accepts Shadows on? And some light behind the translucent layer and it's Light Transmission set to a value?
