Simple software to do a single task
I am looking for some very simple software (preferably cheap) to do a simple task. I need to load a few .avi clips on a timeline, load a title which will run during all the clips on a concurrent track, and burn the whole thing as MPEG to A DVD. That's it. No editing, nothing else. Can someone suggest a product?
Thanks. |

I don't think WMM does the DVD burning, but Nero does everything you need.

Thanks Adam,
WMM does burn DVD but it only has a single video track. Turns out that Premiere Pro (my usual software) burns DVDs without going to Encore. I'll look at Nero, though for simplicity. Steve |

Correct, Movie Maker does not encode to MPEG2, but Windows Vista Home Premium and Ultimate come with a "Windows DVD Maker".
