Masking out number plates on video
Hi, I'm trying to mask out number plates in a recent film i've edited of a car show. I'm looking for the effect you see on tv where they show peoples faces blacked out or blurred.
I have access to adobe after effects 5 and Adobe premiere 6 and wondered if anyone can tell me or point me towards a tutorial. I've recently order a book about after effects which i hoped might tell me but its not due to arrive for another fortnight and i could do with knowing for this weekend. Kind regards Nick |
