remember the Discreet *edit system
hey everyone,
I have an old $25,000 paper weight, otherwise known as Discreet *edit. I've got some old projects on it that I want to work on, but I'd like to port the footage over to my newer system (CS3 Premiere). As far as I can tell, The codec that was used is TVMJ (Truevision MJpeg). Anyone know if there is a codec available to make this play on newer systems, or a converter? Thanks, Sterling |

Thanks for your help. I actually found that download, and it works perfectly. The only problem is that all timecode information is lost, so it's a pain to conform to an EDL.

What so you mean I can't have it all? Don't you know who I think I am!?
