D90 how to switch to continuous shooting ?

how to switch to continuous shooting on D90 and is there anytime should i change in the menu too or no ? and anyone has some good menu setting for d90 that i can use thanks alot .

On the top of the camera, to the right of the LCD, is the "drive" button (the graphic looks like a stack of rectangles). Hold it down while turning the rear control dial, and it goes from single to the different multiple speeds, through timer, remote, etc, and back to single.

As for setting, can't help you, I shoot manual/raw and tweak things in the computer.
