Nexto CF dumping
Mike,
I think that the CF back-up solution as describe here: Nexto DI - Next Generation Storage with Digital Interface (also see their other products) - would be an ideal companion to somebody shoooting in field, especially with the NanoFlash which only takes 2 CF cards. What do you think - would you recommend it?

Dear Piotr,
Mike has purchased one of these and is testing it. The preliminary tests look good, but Mike will need to elaborate.

I have the 500GB version of the NexTo DI. It works like a champ. You can copy the CF card to the internal drive at 25MBps or about 2X realtime (assuming 100Mbps recording). Using the eSATA connection to your PC, you can access 500GB of material at a very speedy 65MBytes/sec rate. I think it's a great product and an excellent solution to offload up to 15 32GB CF cards into one convenient drive.
