FREE Cartooner from NewBlueFX
NewBlueFX is offering a FREE cartooner plugin for most major video editing programs, including Premiere Pro, AE, Sony Vegas, etc. It is absolutely free, but you do have to register it to get an unlock key. It comes with several presets that do a great job, but it also allows for unlimited customization. This is definitely a great deal.

I just tried this in Vegas 6. Very cool. Some of the presets look a bit cheesy, but a few minutes of fiddling with the dials gives some excellent results.

Available now for every NLE you can imagine, as long as you don't imagine Final Cut Pro...
It looks really cool, why are they giving it away? I can't wait for them to finish up the FCP version so I can take it for a spin. |
