60fps AVI converted file only seen as audio by Premiere at DVinfo.net

I converted a 60fps HD1 file to AVI and then tried to bring it into Premiere. When I did, Premiere only saw it as an audio file. Anyone have any idea of what is happening and how I can edit this file?

I hadn't installed the appropriate codec. Once I did that it imported fine...
