Tension knob for top section. Can't find it. at DVinfo.net

In the past, i've rented a Monopod (Bogen i believe) with a 3063 swivel head on top...Perfect for my style of shooting. This monopod was my first love...It had the standard cam locks for the bottom two sections, but had a dial tensioner knob for the top section...
Therefore, quick and smooth adjustment of height was perfect for my workflow.

Now that i've purchased my own 3063 head, i'm looking to find that same Monopod, but cannot find it anywhere.
Has anybody heard, seen or worked of this model?

The tension knob made all the difference in the world...
