Hero 4 Silver Battery life? at DVinfo.net

I'm curious, how long does the battery last on that thing?

Is it possible to frame up and then turn the LCD off?

I filmed a nearly 2 hour performance/concert today and had my Hero 2 as a wide stage camera. It barely lasted the 2 hours on a single battery.

Would have been nice to have ISO control today.

I have a Hero 4 Silver. Never timed the battery but I have had it run all wedding and still have some left. Now this is with wifi off. I think after a minute or so the display goes off until you push a button, so that helps save battery.
