GP3: 1080p30 Narrow vs 2.7p30 ultrawide
I am going to filming some glassblowing and was wondering which setting i should use. If I can use a higher resolution it seems silly to not do so. A lot of what I am filming will be close up <4' away probably within 2'. I'm concerned the radiant heat of the glass and furnaces will overheat the camera....
When I'm on the river with it I use 1080p60 medium and that seems to look great. This is really my only camera option. Thank you. |

Maybe shoot 2.7K, stand further back to stay cooler and punch in during the edit? Also lose some distortion on the edges that way.
