Hero3 Black Blue remote light
Anyone know how to turn off the blinking blue wi-fi remote light on the front of GoPro Hero3 Black while keeping wi-fi functioning? I tried the 4-light option in the menu and it doesn't affect the blue light. Perhaps a piece of tape the only answer?

Push and hold (for 3 or 4 seconds) the small wifi button on the left side.
But can anyone get it to pair with the iPhone app? or is that the update coming on dec. 14th? |

Re: Hero3 Black Blue remote light
I would like to see this feature added, but for now I'm using tape as well. Holding the side button shuts the wifi off completely. I can get one of my cameras to work with the iPhone app sometimes, but it is not reliable.
