CNT or SPT function inside aerobatic airplane like Redbull planes?

In a few days there'll be an aerobatic plane here....Like one of those on the REDbull air race....
If i wanna give the pilot the cam to mount inside the cockpit that records him piloting the airplane what kind of settings should i use?
CNT or SPT

think i'd go with CNT for pilot face, or SPT if you are looking out the window...YMMV

this may be helpful...

sorry...go to gopro.com, click support in the top banner. scroll down to the link for instruction manuals. The PDF file fully explains the differences in using SPT or CNT modes.

Always use center-weighed metering (CNT)

That should cover you. Enjoy
